This Japanese pepper is completely mild (no heat) yet has the aroma and flavor of hot green chiles! Thin-walled with few seeds. Toss them whole into a hot cast iron skillet with a little oil, let them blister and deflate, then sprinkle with salt and serve. Sold by the pint.
